At Mudra Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We only accept claims for products that are damaged during shipping.

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened without any cuts or edits.
  • Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.

2. Return Process

If your claim is approved, you will be required to send the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

  • Please pack the item securely to prevent further damage.
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping the product.
  • Once received, the item will be inspected and verified.

3. Replacement Policy

After successful verification of the damage, we will replace the item with the same product if it is available in stock.

If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another product of a similar value.

Replacement shipping charges will be covered by Mudra Jewels.

4. Refund Policy

If a replacement cannot be arranged due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons, a refund may be offered.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Approved refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Incomplete or edited unboxing videos.
  • Products returned without prior approval from Mudra Jewels.

6. Shipping Charges

For approved damage claims, return and replacement shipping charges will be borne by Mudra Jewels.

If a package is returned due to customer unavailability and requires reshipment, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, cancellation is generally not permitted.

For exceptional situations, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

8. Contact Us

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with your order details, photographs of the damage, and the required unboxing video.
